Store Policies

Thank you for choosing The Service Center for your Pro Audio needs! We strive to make your Service Center experience the best possible. By placing your order with us, you accept the following terms and policies:

Return Policy:

All in-store and online sales are final. We only accept returns on defective items. All claims on defective items must be made within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Defective claims on items made beyond 48 hours may be denied. Every item returned will be inspected by our service department upon receipt.

After inspection, if the item is deemed to not be defective, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. All refunds will be processed within 72 hours.

Service and Repair Policies:

All items checked in for service will require a $55 deposit for each item. Your $55 deposit provides you a comprehensive diagnosis and recommended course of action.  The cost of the deposit goes towards the total cost of your repair.

NEW:  Simply leave us your email address and we'll provide updates on your repair via our web portal.  You'll receive an automatic email from our service department when your repair is complete!

For in-house repairs that don't require special ordering any parts, we strive to complete your repair within 7 business days. However, repair times cannot be guaranteed due to demand.

We offer expedited service for a $30 charge.
